U.S. State-Level AI Policy

A discussion on “The Future of AI Policy in the United States” with prominent U.S. State Senators who have been active on privacy and AI governance legislation at the state-level. Senator Maroney has led recent work to advance policies on artificial intelligence and data governance in the state of Connecticut, including spearheading landmark data privacy efforts and proposed Senate Bill 2. Senator Rodriguez helped author the first state-level legislation on AI: Colorado's AI Act.
